Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) / NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent recognised by SAQA.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s licence.
- Have no criminal record.
- Have no visible tattoos.
- Be medically, mentally and physically fit to undergo the training programme.
- Not have been declared unfit to possess a firearm in terms of the Firearms Control Act, 2000 (Act No. 60 of 2000) or any relevant legislation.

Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good written communication skills.
