Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be unemployed.
- Reside within the City of Johannesburg.
- Have completed Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Have English as a Grade 12 subject.
- Be passionate about cooking and hospitality.
- Be willing to attend both theoretical and practical training.
- Not be registered for another learnership, internship or funded skills programme.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Important Information

- Will sign a Learnership Agreement with Joburg City Theatres, CATHSSETA and the training provider.
- Must have their own transport.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Should note that completing the learnership does not guarantee permanent employment.
