Summer Vacation Programme 2026 at ENS Africa
Applications are now open for the ENS Africa Summer Vacation Programme 2026 in Johannesburg & Cape Town. This programme offers law students an opportunity to experience life at Africa’s largest law firm, gain practical legal exposure, and work alongside experienced attorneys.
Unlike traditional job shadowing, the programme is fully structured to introduce students to the practice of commercial law through practical learning, mentorship, court visits, and networking opportunities.
Programme Highlights
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Gain practical exposure to legal matters handled by ENS Africa.
- Attend presentations by senior executives and legal professionals.
- Participate in court visits.
- Work alongside experienced attorneys.
- Learn about the business of law.
- Take part in networking and team-building activities.
Programme Locations
The Summer Vacation Programme is offered in:
- Johannesburg (June/July and November/December)
- Cape Town (June/July and November/December)
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
- An excellent academic record.
- Be currently studying towards one of the following qualifications:
- BA Law
- BCom Law
- BAcc LLB
- LLB
- LLM
Recommended Application Stage
- Four-year LLB: Apply during your second year.
- BA Law/BCom Law followed by LLB: Apply in the final year of your undergraduate degree.
- Three-year postgraduate LLB: Apply during your first year.
