- Aged between 18 and 25 years old
- Unemployed at the time of application
- First-time participant in the YES Programme
- Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree in:
- Finance
- Investment Management
- Information Technology (IT)
- Actuarial Science
- Data Science
- Mathematics
- Or a related field
- Basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
