About the Solareff YES Programme
Solareff’s YES Programme offers selected candidates a 12-month fixed-term work opportunity across multiple departments within the company.
Participants will gain practical exposure in areas including:
- Administration
- Operational support
- Warehousing
- Technical environments
- Data capturing and record keeping
- Workplace coordination and teamwork
It is important to note that this is not an internship, apprenticeship, or accredited training programme. Participants will receive hands-on workplace experience but will not obtain a formal qualification or certificate through the programme.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Solareff YES Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
- Post-matric certificate or programme is advantageous
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be aged 18 – 34 years
- Have strong mathematical and administrative skills
- Possess good attention to detail
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
