This 12-month opportunity is designed to help young South Africans gain workplace experience, industry knowledge, and an accredited qualification in the financial services sector.
The programme combines classroom learning with practical workplace exposure, giving learners a strong foundation to start a career in insurance and financial services.

Who Can Apply
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be unemployed
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- Have a Grade 12 certificate
- Achieve:
- Minimum 50% for English and a Second Language
- Minimum 40% for Mathematics OR 60% for Mathematical Literacy
- Have less than 1 year of work experience
- Not be studying at another institution during the programme
- Not have completed an INSETA Short-Term Insurance Learnership before

Who Cannot Apply?
The following applicants are not eligible:
- Individuals with post-matric qualifications (Diploma, Degree, Higher Certificate, Honours, etc.)
- Applicants currently studying towards a qualification
- Individuals with more than 1 year of work experience
