Role Overview
As a part-time retail assistant, you’ll support daily store operations while delivering top-tier customer service and helping drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards
- Process sales transactions (cash, card, etc.)
- Assist with stock handling and product merchandising
- Support visual displays and store presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Monitor store activity for loss prevention
- Help customers find products and recommend items
- Use selling techniques to increase sales (add-ons, styling advice)
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge
- Assist with stockroom-to-floor product flow
