Minimum Requirements
Supply Chain Management Degree
CPIM designation
Motivated self-starter
Good interpersonal effectiveness
High technical capabilities and initiative.
High level of computer literacy
Duties & Responsibilities
Raw materials and Production planning
Production confirmations – calculating production figures (HDPE&PP)
Recording production data
Maintain SAP Planned Production orders (HDPE/PP)
Report on all utility usage
Process Raw- and packaging material and good receipt (SAP)
Stock count and reconciliation to confirm raw material usage
Manage and maintain raw materials in rebate and bond store based on SARS requirements.
Control flow of related raw material tankers
Purchasing of raw materials
Ensure that all quality aspects are adhered to by the Suppliers (COA)
Maintain inventory levels of raw material and packaging to ensure availability for production requirements.
Raw material forecasts
Export process of finished product and the management thereof
Balance Supply and demand.
Production planning
Procurement
Execute procurement processes related to purchasing.
Evaluate supplier relationships.
Expedite products, components and services.
Interact with all internal clients including manufacturing, engineering, production and quality as required.
Prepare RFQ’s.
Place orders in line with procurement strategy and policy.
Ensure master data related to procurement function is evaluated and correct.
Interact with external service providers.
Engineering stores
Inventory control, analysis, receiving, delivery, storage and issuing.
Cycle counting
Interacting and assisting end users.
MRP process
Expediting purchase requisitions
Master data analysis and correction.
