What You’ll Gain

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting team leaders during site operations
  • Working with fiber optic, coaxial, and DC power systems
  • Participating in Ericsson’s tower training programme

Travel within the Eastern Cape may be required after 4 – 6 months.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants should have:

  • Matric / National Senior Certificate (technical subjects preferred)
  • TVET qualification in IT, ICT, networking, low voltage, telecoms, or digital electronics
    OR
  • ICT/Networking qualification from a University of Technology
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors and at heights
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, or after hours if needed
