What You’ll Gain

Key Responsibilities
Learners will assist with:
- Installing antennas, microwave dishes, and telecom cables

- Following strict health and safety procedures
- Supporting team leaders during site operations
- Working with fiber optic, coaxial, and DC power systems
- Participating in Ericsson’s tower training programme
Travel within the Eastern Cape may be required after 4 – 6 months.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants should have:
- Matric / National Senior Certificate (technical subjects preferred)
- TVET qualification in IT, ICT, networking, low voltage, telecoms, or digital electronics
OR - ICT/Networking qualification from a University of Technology
- Good English communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and at heights
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, or after hours if needed
