Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 with Maths and Science
Be in possession of full N3 qualifications

Boilermaker / Plater: with 4 subjects i.e., Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Science, Mechano Technology Trade theory and Platers and Structural Steel Drawing | Closing Date: 16 April 2026

Fitter (including machining): with 4 subjects i.e., Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Science, Mechano-Technology Trade theory and Engineering Drawing | Closing Date: 17 April 2026

Millwright: with 4 subjects i.e., Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Science, Relevant Trade theory and Engineering Drawing (Mechanical trades) or Industrial Electronics
Millwright learners must have 2 trade theory subjects N3 level (Electrical & Fitting) plus 3 other subjects | Closing Date: 18 April 2026 

Electrical: with 4 subjects i.e., Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Science, Electrical Trade theory and Industrial Electronics | Closing Date: 19 April 2026

Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the Gold Fields Occupational Health Centre and pass a Heat Tolerance Screening test, and such other tests as may be required to assess the applicant’s suitability for employment.
