About the Graduate Role

As a Marketing Graduate Intern, you’ll join the Huggies team and work on exciting brand campaigns that impact millions of consumers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

Brand management
Digital marketing
Data analysis
Campaign execution
Project coordination


Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Work with agencies and internal teams
Support brand strategy and presentations


Digital Marketing
Manage content across social media, websites, and CRM
Track campaign performance and insights
Support community engagement and social listening


Data & Insights
Analyse consumer trends and market data
Build performance dashboards (Nielsen, Kantar, etc.)
Assist with post-campaign reporting


Project Management
Track timelines and deliverables
Support budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
Organise brand assets and materials


Admin Support

Prepare meetings and reports
Assist with product campaigns, photoshoots, and sampling


Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must have:

Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate qualification in:
Marketing
Business / Commerce
Or related field
0–2 years experience (internships included)
Basic Knowledge Needed:
Digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, content)
Data analysis & reporting
Consumer insights
Brand-building fundamentals
