TFG is looking for youth interested in entering the retail industry through the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme.
This 12-month fixed-term opportunity in all provinces in the country is designed to help unemployed youth gain valuable workplace experience and develop essential skills needed in the job market.

Location : All provinces, South Africa
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be between 18 and 28 years old
Have Matric (preferred)
Be available to work a 12-month fixed-term contract
Must not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than 12 months
Must not be studying full-time during the employment period (April 2026 – March 2027)
Must not have participated in the YES Programme before
Must be able to cover their own accommodation and transport costs (if applicable)
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
