About the Internship:
The Sasol Foundation Graduate Internship Programme offers 22 unemployed South African graduates a paid 24-month internship with Sasol, one of the country’s leading energy and chemicals companies.
This programme is designed to equip young graduates with real workplace experience, industry exposure, and career-building skills across multiple business units.
Who Can Apply?
You must:
Be a South African citizen
Be 18–29 years old
Be currently unemployed
Live within Sasol local communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, Ekandustria) or Sasol retail sites within a 50km radius
Required Qualifications
A completed Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
Digital Marketing / Marketing & Sales
Data Science / Data Analytics
Information Technology
Transport & Logistics
Operations, Retail or Brand Management
Law (LLB, Legal & Compliance, Commercial or Property Law)
Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Industrial Relations
Finance, Accounting, Information Systems (incl. CIMA / CFP)
Public Relations / Stakeholder Relations
Development Studies / Project Management
Communications / Brand Communication
Business Management / Economics / Business Administration
Engineering (Civil or Industrial)
Property Studies / Real Estate
