About the Learnership
Momentum Insure, in partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), is offering unemployed South African youth an exciting Short-Term Insurance Learnership opportunity based in Durban.
This programme is designed to help young people gain practical workplace experience, industry exposure, and a nationally recognised qualification in the short-term insurance sector.
What You’ll Gain

A FETC: Short-Term Insurance qualification (NQF Level 4)

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
Be 18–25 years old (or turning 25 in 2026)
Be South African and attach a certified copy of ID
Have passed Matric (English 50%+; Maths advantageous)
Attach a Matric certificate or Matric preliminary results
Be unemployed with little or no work experience
Not be studying or registered for any other learnership
Not hold any post-Matric qualification
Be computer literate
Have a clear criminal and credit record
Show a strong interest in Short-Term Insurance
