About the Programme:

As a Graduate, you will:

  • Take part in soft skills and technical training
  • Conduct day-to-day business unit specific tasks
  • Participate in team specific tasks and deliverables
  • Participate in cross-divisional project teams
  • Participate in team and business projects

Exposure may include (department dependent):

  • Transform client data into a useable format for analysis
  • Calculate group risk quotes, for all benefits, using the tools provided
  • Understand the modelling and pricing of reinsurance and insurance products
  • Identify risk, assess these and document accordingly
  • Check data and create movement analysis
  • Review, report and calculate reserves
  • Use and run models
  • Review, compile and/or provide content to actuarial/risk reports

Your profile:

  • Recent Actuarial Science Graduate (Undergraduate/Honours) – due to onboarding timelines, final year students completing their undergraduate degree in 2025 will not be considered for this intake
  • Good coding/programming skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Working knowledge of statistical and mathematical methods and analysis
