Key Responsibilities
Successful learners will:
- Process allocated work accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Respond professionally to customer queries and requests.
- Comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build product and industry knowledge through training.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Complete all learnership assessments and workplace requirements.
- Support business operations as required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen by birth.
- Be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Not be studying after Matric.
- Not have completed a previous learnership.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have Grade 12 with Mathematics.
You must also have at least one of the following:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related IT qualification.
- Drone Operations or related Drone Technology qualification.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Law.
- Any other post-Matric qualification.
- Applicants with an incomplete tertiary qualification may also apply.

- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook skills.
