Internship Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
Hold a retail-related degree or diploma (original certificate required)
Be in possession of an original Matric certificate
Be unemployed
Be between 20 and 27 years old
Be a South African citizen
Be available to commit to the full 12-month internship
Be willing to work retail hours
Be able to travel between stores when required
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Intern, you will:
Learn new retail systems, applications, and products
Transfer knowledge and provide on-the-ground support to store employees
Complete prescribed self-learning courses on TFG’s Learning Platform
Support and drive change at store level
Encourage effective communication and assist in breaking down barriers
Help stores access learning material and assist with troubleshooting
Escalate system-related queries and concerns when needed
Build strong relationships with store teams and field leadership
Share key updates such as system and process changes
Shortlisted candidates will be required to prepare and deliver a short PowerPoint presentation during the interview process.
