Transnet SOC Ltd is inviting young South Africans to apply for its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Non-Technical Learner Programme based in Cape Town.
This 18-month paid workplace exposure opportunity is ideal for TVET college students and recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in planning, administration, and business operations.

What You Will Do
Support departmental projects and planning activities
Assist with administration, reporting, and documentation
Participate in training sessions and mentorship programmes
Conduct basic research, data collection, and analysis
Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders
Use MS Office tools to prepare reports and presentations
Who Should Apply
This opportunity is open to applicants who:
Hold a Matric certificate or equivalent
Have an N6 in Transport & Logistics or Business Management
Are South African citizens aged 18โ35
Have no bursary obligation with another company
Are willing to learn and work well in a team
