Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting In-Service Trainee: Manufacturing Stores opportunity within its Manufacturing department. The successful candidate will report to the Stores Team Leader and gain hands-on industry experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
🔧 Key Duties & Responsibilities
Knowledge
Exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments (advantageous)
Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of Stores-related ERP systems (beneficial)
Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
Apply theoretical principles to practical business solutions
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to identify and apply new trends
Attitude

Positive and proactive mindset
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (40% pass)
Two South African languages passed with 40%
Currently studying towards one of the following:
Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Inventory Management, Production Management, Industrial Engineering
Completed theoretical modules and require practical workplace exposure
Willing to complete In-Service / Experiential Training
Important
Must not have previously completed an In-Service Trainee programme
Must have an official letter from your institution requesting workplace experience

Aged 18–35 years
