Successful candidates will receive theoretical training at a Technical Training Centre and hands-on plant training on-site, aligned with the CHIETA learnership curriculum.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Mathematics
Physical Science
English Language
No prior work experience required
Key Responsibilities
Attend theoretical training at the Technical Training Centre
Complete on-site plant training on a continuous shift basis
Follow the CHIETA-prescribed curriculum for the designated trade
Adhere to academic and operational training standards
Required Competencies:
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with high energy levels
Ability to work under strict performance standards
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment
Ability to produce high-quality work consistently
Preference:
Metsimaholo residents will be given preference
