This opportunity is ideal for youth aged 18–35 who have completed Matric and are looking to gain hands-on work experience that can improve employability and career readiness.
Programme Purpose
The learnership aims to empower learners living with disabilities by equipping them with practical workplace skills, improving confidence, and increasing access to future employment opportunities within the pharmaceutical and corporate sector.
Key Skills & Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Web design and content creation skills (advantageous)
Portfolio showcasing previous work or projects (advantageous)
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
Be South African youth aged 18–35
Have a valid Certificate of Disability
Have completed Matric
Hold a post-school qualification or certificate (advantageous)
Required Supporting Documents

Certified copy of South African ID
Matric certificate and/or additional qualifications
