The Funza Lushaka Bursary for education studies is still open for new applicants.

Bursary covers the following:
1. Tuition fees
2. Accommodation including meals,
3. Books and learning materials,
4. Teaching practice and if possible,
5. a small allowance for monthly living expenses depending on the cost of tuition in
the university enrolled to study.

The bursary is capped at a specific value, where the university fees are more than
the capped value, the bursars will have to top up from their funds. Where the
university fees are less than the capped value, FLB will pay the cost of study (NOT
CAPPED AMOUNT)

NB. Universities have different cost structures, so the total value of a bursary differs
from institution to institution, hence students cannot receive maximum bursary
value.
