Available Positions
1. Feature Analyst
About the Role:
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure delivery aligns with business goals in an Agile setup.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–7 years in Agile environments (minimum 3 in financial services).
- Certified Scrum Master preferred.
2. Quality Engineer
About the Role:
Ensure the highest product quality through automation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Software Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years in QA/testing (preferably in fintech or digital banking).
- Skilled in Selenium, JMeter, Postman, and Jenkins.
3. UX/UI Designer
About the Role:
Design engaging, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or HCI.
- 5+ years in digital product design.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and WCAG accessibility.
4. Front-End Developer
About the Role:
Build and maintain responsive, high-performing interfaces for digital platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- 5–6 years in front-end development.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and HTML5/CSS3.
5. Back-End Developer
About the Role:
Develop secure, scalable server-side logic and APIs to support digital banking applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 5–8 years in backend/API development.
- Strong in Java, Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
6. Solutions Architect
About the Role:
Design and oversee scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise solutions for digital transformation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8–10 years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
- Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, and API management.
7. DevOps Engineer
About the Role:
Enable continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of digital systems for maximum reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in DevOps (preferably fintech).
- Proficient in GitLab/Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and ELK.
